Would like to force content into the video stream if necessary.

I just ran into an issue where a remote site was not negotiating 239 or BFCP properly. Because of this, the remote site could not see any content. The endpoint is fully capable (we call directly) but for some reason BlueJeans doesn't play nice with it.

I'd like the option to force the content into the video stream. It would be a suboptimal solution, but better than not seeing the content at all. Perhaps an advanced option, that would be selected on a per-meeting basis, so that if you run into this you can disconnect and restart based on this selection. Because I realize asking to be able to do this on the fly is asking too much.

Have you contacted support about this? They'd likely want to look into it and know what this other codec is and software version. If you give them a meeting number they can look at the details better to see what's going on.

Actually, been working with Tier 2 (awesome support if anyone from BJN is reading) but I realized that this could rear its head when we don't have a ton of time to test / the remote endpoint isn't ours.

We are fortunate that this is our endpoint and we have the luxury of time to suss this out, but if it was a 10am test for a 11am call with some random company, I don't like to be caught short.
