My experience with pricing is that the highest price is on a per-participant-minute basis, an a la carte approach that used to run $0.60/participant-minute the last time I checked.

Higher-volume contracts, covering entire organizations, run very substantially less than that, with prices on a per-user-year basis that could be a tiny fraction of the a la carte pricing, depending upon usage.

Your best bet will be to contact Sales and discuss your situation with them.

@Lulu - You bring up a major frustration with dealing with this site.

Even if throwing out a price schedule would not do justice to the product, it would still be appropriate to provide some kind of framework for understanding the way pricing occurs . . . per host, per user, capacity per meeting, etc.  That type of information will qualify or disqualify me as a prospect, and build an initial level of trust in the firm's transparency.  

No information, or requiring me to spend time with a sales rep before I know whether this service is aimed and priced with someone like me is a disincentive to do business.
