The meeting ID is 5108580888
the browser does not show any error. apart from connection lost
Yes as soon as I join the meeting the wifi connectivity looses and i can't join any network in the vicinity. This is the second time I am facing this issue. Other than the wifi connectivity issue the macbook works just fine.

Thank you for your response.

It is likely that this issue is a hardware issue. If you would please follow the steps in my previous email regarding logs being uploaded from the browser, our engineering team may be able to confirm what is occurring.

https://support.bluejeans.com/knowledge/browser-upload-logs

Please confirm once you have done so, this will make tracking the logs easier.

Hello Narendar,

Can you please reply back to the ticket with the email address that you used to upload the logs from? The log uploader page should have asked for an email address and what happened.

Regards,
Lee
