Thank you for posting. A few questions to prompt discussion:

1) OS support: Anything on roadmap to support Chrome OS -- an up-and-coming competitor to Mac, Linux, and Windows.

2) Browsers: Any plans on roadmap to support 64-bit? Also a bit surprised the lower level of browser supports as there are security risks in these lower versions. Chrome, for example, is on version 36. How do you ensure optimal security concerns are addressed if individuals are using lower versions of the Browser apps?

3) Connection points: Any plans to support Google Hangouts as an access point?

4) Bandwidth and network: You haven't addressed an optimal network baseline when you have, for example, 5 people, 10 people, 15 people, and 25 people in a meeting sharing webcams, mixture of VOIP / phone dial-in, streaming videos, running uploaded videos, sharing keynote and PowerPoint presentations, etc. What's the best way an admin can ascertain this information, so that they can address with their network and firewall teams?

I would also guess that you need to remove support for chrome 35+.

Linux support is only for 64 bit browsers. which makes the note " [Note: 64-bit Web Browsers are currently NOT supported]" incorrect

firewall settings are here : http://na9.salesforce.com/_ui/selfservice/pkb/PublicKnowledgeSolution/d?orgId=00DE0000000IOFe&id...

Technical requirements including bandwidth are here : http://na9.salesforce.com/_ui/selfservice/pkb/PublicKnowledgeSolution/d?orgId=00DE0000000IOFe&id...

Granted it does show how this scales for additional participants.
Just wanted to update the receive, transmit video resolution for TCP.  It's now the same as UDP specs.
