Every time when we scheduled a bluejeans meeting, there are two ICS files on invitation mail.
One is named "not supported calendar message.ics" and another one is named "invite.ics".
Would you know what is the difference of them, and why it happened(by our miss-configuration)?

Hi YuichiroTakaku,

Invite.ics is standard meeting ics which gets added in your outlook calendar.

The "not supported calendar message.ics" attachment is created when the original .ics file cannot be converted to an Outlook or Microsoft Exchange meeting type. More information can be found at Microsoft official site https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/2643084/outlook-receives-a-message-that-has-an-attachment-t...

Please let us know if you are facing any issues in adding meetings to your outlook? We can create a support case and follow up with you.

Thank you,

Hi Radhika Chatur,

Thank you for your quick reply.
Although there is "not supported calendar..."file, adding meeting to my outlook is no problem.
So I think we are the second condition "The meeting contains a recurrence pattern that is defined by the RDATE property. ".

Thank you,

Yuichiro Takaku

This issue should be resolved. The meeting invitations should now only send one calendar .ics file.
