webcam problems

I frequently lead webinar trainings for an online platform. When I ask the participant to join, I instruct them to share their computer screen with me. Often times I will share my webcam and they seem me for an instant until they share their screen and then I disappear. I am just wondering why that is happening!

I guess you used your webcam wrongly.  You should not share your webcam but use your webcam as Video.  Within the same bluejeans session, there can be only 1 participant sharing the screen.

Hello Elena,

When you start to receive screen share from a remote participant in the BlueJeans App, you should get a PIP of your video and the participant's video that you can enlarge and move around. You also have a slider bar to keep the video and content in the app screen.

If you are on the web browser the PIP does not appear, but you should still have your video in the top right and then you can use the slider bar to make the participant's video larger vs content.
