Webcam images mirrored/flipped horizontally?

Hi,

I am having issues with video from camera sources (both and intergrated laptop camera and a Logitech C922 Pro Stream Webcam) being flipped horzontally (i.e. mirrored) which is preventing users from reading any information in the video stream as its "backwards"

Both the intergrated webcam and Logitech cam work correctly when testing in Skype and other applications (i.e. the video is not mirrored) but when using Bluejeans the image is mirrored horizontally?

The logitech driver software does not have any ability to flip/mirror the video source.

Any help would be appreciated.

Was there any update on this??  Our camera works fine in every other application but is horizontally flipped in Bluejeans only.

I am experiencing the same issue, was a fix provided?

I am using an HDMI to USB converter to bring in a camera and other video sources through a video switcher. All images into bluejeans are mirrored on the local screen but show up fine on the far end.

Hello Brett,

Both cases were closed as there was no response. What I would recommend is that you first check the camera settings for the camera itself or the video switcher to see if it could possibly be flipping the video. If this is not the case, send an email to support@bluejeans.com with a summary of the issue (camera being used, OS of machine, etc) and one of our support members can assist.
