I am testing Bluejeans for possible use for staff. To test I go to https://bluejeans.com/111  and talk/see the parrot.

I have downloaded the bluejeans app during the first time use.

I can connect to the test meeting without issue and see hear the parrot. I am getting the following error message which does not appear to have an adverse impact but will be concering for users.

"We are experiencing technical difficulties, some features or notifications may not be supported."

from looking at the log i see the following errors:

Hello Paul,

From what I can make out of the app, it appears there might be an issue as to where it was installed. Was the application installed on a VM? Do you know what version and build of the app that was installed?

Regards,

Hello Lee,

The app was not installed on a vm but rather windows 7 64bit.

Blue jeans app version 1.34.26

Thanks

Paul

Hello Paul,

Was this app just recently installed on the device? Can we try to run a cleanup process to see if reinstalling resolves the issue?

https://support.bluejeans.com/knowledge/cleanup-app

You can then reinstall the app from the Downloads Page.

I am a bluejeans admin in our company and one of the users is also facing the same issue.
Is re-installation on bluejeans a solution for this?

I don't think that is the issue. I think my issue is network related as when I tried using my home broadband I did not get the issue. I am currently investigating with wireshark to see what clues I get. In my scenario everyone is getting the issue not just one person.

if you fix it please let me know.

I asked the user try accessing BlueJeans on and off VPN and on different networks, but no luck.

Hi Vijay,

Kindly upload the Bluejeans app logs from affected user machine as per the instructions given in below solution article. Upon checking the logs we can investigate the root cause for the reported issue.
Thank you,
