We recently live streamed one of these meetings, however, this requires an on-site production team and adds a great deal of complexity.
It would be great if BlueJeans offered a view-only live stream of the meeting, that could be embedded on relevant pages or shared as a link. This combined with a muted audio dial-in would be great.
I've seen the Large Meetings functionality, however, participant numbers and the requirement to install the BJ plug-in make this a little too difficult.
We're looking at live streaming the BJ meeting using screen-capture for an upcoming event.

Quick question and let me know if there is already a thread on this. Some times my company has meetings with over 100 people. I was wondering if you were ever considering upping the number on the premium account past 100. Maybe plans to in the future or something of that nature?
I, too, am looking for this sort of functionality. I'd also like to be able to set up meetings which are default video mute for all & only include audio + screen sharing. This is what we need for the vast majority of meetings in which we either have someone showing a powerpoint presentation or doing a demo in training sessions. The vast majority of the time video is 1) a technical obstacle to getting the meeting started, 2) a distraction, and / or 3) something which keeps people from using the service because they are uncomfortable having their video sent. In the latter case, many people don't want to just mute their video - believing that will make their reluctance to send video 'an issue.'
Whatever the arguments, video rarely adds anything to our use of remote conferencing. The lack of this is causing groups to utilize WebEx & AT&T Connect vs your service - so hoping this is something you will support in the near future. Given how long this thread has been around, it would be helpful if you can be specific about a timeframe when some or all of this will be in your product.
We recently launched Blue Jeans Primetime, which is our second product and addresses the use case brought up in this thread. Please reach out to your Blue Jeans Customer Success Manager or Account Executive for more details!
