Video sharing and audio volume

We are an international television production company and often use Bluejeans to view and review our edits together across our different offices. Talking over video is a fundamental feature for us. Unfortunately the video sharing solution of Bluejeans is not really helpful in this set up for two and a half reasons.
1) shared video is too asynchronous from endpoint to endpoint. It would be good if the video would be a bit more synchronous. I get every video content stream is a single and unique session but difference up to 10secs are not helping.
2) much bigger problem: if we unmute the mics audio from the video is far too dominant compared to any mic wether it's from the Cisco codecs or headsets. If mica get unmuted the video's audio volume should get lowered automatically. I get that browser clients can do that via the volume bar. But many lack the experience and Room system user can't do anything about it at all.
3) if we pause a video, mic settings reset every time and we have to unmute all again by hand. The setting should stick.

Have you tried using a room system of some description to share video?

we do this when presenting from a lifesize codec, where we get the ability to lower the input gain from the video being shared as the lifesize codec has two independant inputs for mic and "presentation"

the latency and delay i think is always going to be a problem given the diveresity of each indiviual link, unless you do some sort of multicast outside of blue jeans and run the call itself on a separate stream.
