Unable to access Primetime recordings

Hi,

When trying to access an a2m recording that has only be shared to the enterprise, we are not able to access it because we have SAML auth enabled on our platform.

the recording link takes you to the bluejeans log in page, which still does not have an option to log in via SSO, are we able to amend the sharing links to go via our custom sAML login page so people can get straight to the recording if they have not already authenticated to BlueJeans.

Hi Ash,

I think I understand the issue - it's not necessarily about Primetime specifically, but the fact that if you share any recording to the enterprise, users will land on the bluejeans homepage rather than a page where they can login via SSO. Is that correct?

If a user IS logged in via SSO, and then clicks on a shared recording link, does that work?

looks to be, i just confirmed with Ryan that the ability to log in via SSO on the bluejeans landing page got reverted.

The issue for not getting access is logged under a ticket too as i think something went wrong with the recording itself since i can see others once i have already authenticated to SAML.
