Trouble Deploying the Browser Plugin Through SCCM 2012 R2

I'm a network administrator and have built the Blue Jeans browser plugin as an application in SCCM 2012 R2 to deploy to our end-user clients. The file is an MSI so the application is pretty straight-forward to construct. I can get the plugin to install but when I test by launching a meeting I am still prompted to download the plugin. I've verified even under browser add-ons that it's there and enabled, but no matter what I've tried I am still running into this issue. Our end clients do not have rights to install the plugin on their own. Has anyone else ran into this and have a fix/workaround?

Thanks! I installed for user instead of system and it worked perfectly.
