The bluejeans app does not start on windows from user

When I try to start the bluejeans app on windows 10, it starts like this.
The user does not have administrator privileges on the PC. What do you advise? I apologize for my bad english.

There is also a problem with displaying cyrillic fonts in the name of the connected user.

Hello Alexander,

If you would please share with me what version and what package of the BlueJeans app the user is installing in the first image, I have not seen this error before. The user can get the BlueJeans App from 2 locations:
For the issue regarding the Cyrillic font, it appears our BlueJeans App currently does not support this font. I will be happy to submit this as a feature request to our development team.

I checked with the latest version of the program. The result is the same as in the screenshot. If I unload the antivirus then the program boots up to this state:

I'm sorry, but I did not understand how to copy logs, so I attach a screenshot. It seems that the errors are due to the fact that the user profile has a cyrillic font and the program can not handle it correctly.

Thank you for sharing the console logs. Could you please also upload app logs by following instructions given here. We will be raising a feature request ticket with our engineering team to check if this font will be supported in future releases.

Could you please confirm if you tried MSI version of app https://swdl.bluejeans.com/desktop/win/1.31/1.31.23/BlueJeans.1.31.23m.msi to check if you are able to join meetings?

The problem was solved after adding the C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Blue Jeans \ App \ BlueJeans.exe to the antivirus exceptions. Thank you.
I hope that your specialists will correct the work with the cyrillic fonts (2 screenshot).
