SX20 H323 Drops Calls

We have several Cisco SX20'S and we are noticing that these units are getting disconnected in the middle of meetings ? They are connecting over H323 & are not registered to our Cisco Call Managers .  When we open up tickets BlueJeans sees it as a normal disconnect

Data indicates that they we experienced a "Broken Pipeline" disconnect.  This is an H323 disconnect reason -- where the signalling socket (H225 or H245) gets closed at far end and BJN server would not receive or cannot send any RTP packet for some time; this indicates the signalling pipe is broken and call is closed byBJN server.

Is there a known H323 issue with BJN & SX20 ?
