I have a Surface Pro running Windows 8.1 Pro, When trying to run a Bluejeans meeting it will only use the backward facing camera. I am unable to turn the camera so the attendees see me, rather they see the floor, wall, etc... Is there functionality to flip the camera? so they view me?

I've used a SP3 since launch -- it's always been able to select either of the cameras in the BJN pane that shows your preview window, etc. Should be a drop-down option.

Oddly, it does default to the rear camera no matter what though.

Hi Monarch,  after joining the meeting, you can switch the camera you would like to use in the in-meeting Settings Menu. The menu can be opened by clicking on the Gear icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the meeting interface. In the drop-down menu for the Camera, change the setting from "Automatic Device" to "Front Camera".  If this does not work, I have a work around for you to try

Hello Maria,

For some Lenovo devices, there is a security setting that disables the camera driver. You can turn this on by following a few steps outlined here:

Please let me know if this article helps resolve this issue.
