Suggestion for Command Center - Search by endpoint type and current loss

One of the things I really which I could do have an option which shows me all of the endpoints connected in my bluejeans domain of a particular type.

So, in my case I have a bunch of CISCO room systems, it would be helpful if could click on something that gives me a list of all the H.323/SIP room systems currently connected and their status (loss, etc).

Another option which would be even MORE useful would be to click something that gives me a sorted list of all the endpoints connected to meetings in my bluejeans domain which have current packet loss. That way I can see at a moment's notice who is having problems.

Just a thought!

thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for your feedback on Command Center. I will be happy to forward this request to the development team for review.

Are you wanting to have this type of feature while viewing live meetings or past meetings? I want to make sure that I file the request correctly.

Regards,
Lee - BlueJeans Support

Well, if I had my choice I'd like both ;)

But during meetings live would be most helpful. Running reports after the fact is good for stats to management, but real time data allows me to follow up with people who I see might be having issues (and monitor my own equipment)
