Sharing Presentation Drops Call

I am running a Cisco H323 unit conferencing to BlueJeans.  Video conferencing works fine.

I connect my PC to the Cisco codec to enable presentation of a word doc etc.  As soon as I enable the presentation, the VC that is presenting gets dropped from the conference.

Are there any firewall specific ports related to presentation?  Any other suggestions?

Hi Robert,

Here is the Firewall Setup and NAT Configuration Guide for Room Systems (click on the link) from Bluejeans. Could you please confirm if your firewalls settings is configured as suggested in the article? Also, you can take a look at the ports and IP ranges used by Bluejeans
TCP/UDP ports used by BlueJeans Network

Funny thing on me.  All my SX20/80 have been working fine with screen sharing but only the 2 Polycom HDX (out of 5) had the same problem you described.

I think this should be something about the firewall rule.  Other 3 HDX sitting in other offices were just fine.  As the chance of dropping for screen sharing is 50/50 thus I just let go...
