Scheduling a meeting where more than 100 are invited

Not sure if this happens for everyone but if we schedule a meeting where more than 100 people are invited and then try to add a Bluejeans meeting, it gives us an error.  I'm assuming this is a safety feature so you don't invite more than the online capacity.  However, just a "warning" that you can bypass would be much more useful.  For us, we invite all of our offices and include a Bluejeans link but more than half of the people will be attending in the physical room so it's okay that more than 100 are invited.  Anyways, just curious if anyone else has had this problem.

Hi Heather,

Bluejeans outlook addin doesn't allow more than 99 invites while scheduling meeting. Its a known behavior. Some quick workarounds can be sending invites via a distribution list or by sending invites manually via separate email.
