Rotating webcam to portrait orientation

Could we somehow rotate a webcam and it automatically orient itself within the BlueJeans interface so that the presenter is not on his/her side?  We have lecturers who are asking for a full-body shot of themselves but do not want all the wasted area of the camera view on the left and right sides of the shot.  I know in the mobile app you can do this, assuming BlueJeans is using the accelerometer data to determine the correct orientation, but we would like to be able to do this receiving a video feed from a Vaddio AV Bridge or a simple webcam.

Anyone have any idas?

On Windows, I've successfully used ManyCam to rotate the webcam video stream, which you can use with Blue Jeans if you select the "ManyCam Virtual Webcam" as your video input device. Note that the latest version, 4.1, does not let you remove the watermark for free, but 3.1.64 does.

On Mac OS, CamTwist is the go-to solution for webcam video manipulation, and works pretty much the same way.
