reinstall required each time

We are trying to join Bluejean meetings hosted by a vendor. We are using Chrome and Explorer, same results on both: When we Join a Meeting and enter meeting # etc., we get to a screen that asks us to LAUNCH or DOWNLOAD the software. Even though we downloaded it just this morning and it worked fine, it's not working now - clicking app itself just gives us a black screen, and on the browser it never leaves the Launch or Install screen.

ONLY SOLUTION we3 found is that if we uninstall the software and then click to install it, it works.
