Regional reports in command center

Is there anyway we can customise the command Center views by region or country view.

use case :

I want to be able to pro actively investigate poor quality areas and compare the quality reports / feedback with the global average so we can measure improvements.

For example we get some complaints from India / China about poor quality, however the feedback I see for China is mostly positive.

Hopefully when we get automated reports i would like to be able to run EMEA / APAC / Americas and global reports and a way to drill down into the problem areas that are bringing the regional / global quality average down.

thanks

Hi Ash,
We do have the ability to filter based on regions on the roadmap and plan on showing overall stats as you describe.  I'm interested in feedback on how you would like to add the regions to the filter.

The first method could be configuration based.  Users would have the ability to manually define your external IP addresses and the locations they map to.  This is pretty straight forward.  However, I'm also interested in feedback on how we can set these up dynamically.  Initial thoughts are that we can set up a region filter automatically if we see X number of unique connections come from the same external internet address.  We of course would give CC users the ability to over ride or delete regions if they are not valid.  Any thoughts on this?

Thanks,
Sean

So really i want high level reports on regions i.e. EMEA, APAC, Americas and then yes the ability to show countries  or groupings there of.

I would also love to be able to load up IP ranges so i can gather data specific to my offices.

thanks
