Redirect loop with SSO

Since the last platform update, I've noticed I get stuck in a redirect loop if I try to access parts of the BlueJeans website whilst signed in. If I try to access the KnowledgeBase or community whilst logged into BlueJeans, I get redirected after a few seconds to our enterprise landing page. The only way I can access these parts of the site is to log out of BlueJeans, which seems to stop it redirecting.

Is anyone else having this problem?

Thanks for letting us know, and sorry you're experiencing this. I have spoke with one of our SSO engineers and he sounds hopeful it will be fixed soon and is marked as "critical" on our bug tracking board. It appears to be with our QA team, so #staytuned on this thread for an update. Thank you!
