I had two times the webinar, but I couldn't find the red button for recording. Also I couldn't find te autorecording in settings. I know that the red button should be in the right part but it doesn't appear. What shouldI do?

I also do not see a button to record. Is this not included in the standard 1 host package?

Hello Melanie,

It looks like the plan type you have does not have Recording capabilities.

You would need to upgrade to the My Team plan via your admin panel under billing management.
