Quality pie chart in dashboard

There are plenty of people in my organization who use and love BlueJeans but there also some managers who regulary complain on calls quality. Unfortunately their opinion is more important then regular users' experience and currently there is no way to proove that percentage of bad calls is low.
Using collected meetings rating data you would be able to generate pie chart showing percentage of Great, Good, Okey, Poor and Bad calls. More over, for poor and bad calls a list of unsatisfied users could be shown. Our helpdesk would contact these people and help them find a reason.
