Problems with echo on high speed, high latency links

We have several users that are on a fairly high-speed connection where we hear an echo (i.e. we hear ourselves) even though both sides use headsets. The only common thing we have found is that these users also have high delays on their connections, usually around or above100ms, even though the video bitrates are ok (call quality is around 3).

Has anyone else run into this and if so, how did you resolve it?

Hi Casper, the high delays (latency) shouldn't be the cause of echo. It could be a faulty headset, or, a "unique" model (in which case we could make configuration file adjustments in our network to compensate). If you can send an email to support@bluejeans.com, letting us know the meeting ID, date and time, we can investigate the logs to determine what may have happened.
