Problems connecting to bluejeans with Skype for business

We're trying to connect our skype for business account to the BJ lync. We've got open federation, and i can add meet@lync.bluejeans.com as a contact, and it'll show me the presence of the contact. But for some reason when i try to call the "contact" it fails to connect.

we're using O365.

anyone had anything similar?
