So... what was the solution? Would be very helpful if that was posted here, as I have th esame issue on a client's laptop

Hi Lee, thanks for the vefry fast answer. I think this is a different case. Just submitted some more information via the app. Laptop is on the same network as mine (and many others) and used to work. All other machines can connect.
Using administrator account the app starts as expected. User account has full rights on the Blue Jeans folder and contents in AppData > Local. Still no go.

Hello Arjan,

Have there been any changes to the permissions of that folder? Have there been any changes with the BlueJeans App that was installed? Is the version that installed the user-build or the machine-build?

I would advise in this case to check what build of the app was installed onto the device and if it's the user build, remove that file and install the machine build. You can find the two builds here:

I have updated the Blue Jeans. And it worked for me. :)
