Overall the experience was great and people had lots of positive feedback.

Specific feedback for what would help make it easier are :

We need to be able to stream something prior to meeting start - like elevator music, holding video etc, so people can get flash working etc.

Can we move the meeting will start shortly message - the enable flash message is hidden by the banner for "the meeting will start shortly".

Provide dial in number for those with poor quality connections - when the quality is poor from a hotel etc can we provide a pop up with the dial in details to mitigate the issue.

When playing a recoded video - the audio was not sent over the PSTN bridge.

If someone pairs their room system as a participant it starts presenting if a laptop is connected!

As part of my issues with people randomly presenting their desktops as a participant - we need a way to block all screen share sessions apart from dedicated "speakers"

thanks

Hi Ash! Thanks for the positive feedback AND the 'areas for improvement'. Here are my responses:

1) Stream prior to start: Ash - this is an interesting idea that we are actually exploring right now. Stay tuned

2) The flash message being hidden is a known issue that we are fixing

3) I like this idea - I'll put it on the list!

4) You are suggesting that PSTN listeners hear the audio of a video being played even though they can't see the video?

5) Can you provide more details on the laptop presenting if it's connected? What is the setup exactly that results in this behavior?

6) Content/screen share blocking is on the roadmap

no problem JB ;)

4) correct - otherwise they hear nothing while everyone else is watching a video.

5) so we had a participant view the stream from a lifesize, he then in inadvertently connected his laptop and the lifesize auto presented - this then took the control away from the presenter and showed what was on the offending persons laptop.

I confirmed they had definitely used the participant link to pair the lifesize, happy to jump on a test call to show.

Got it. Do you know where they STARTED from? If you go to bluejeans.com and use the 'Join Meeting' option for example, and type in a Primetime eventID, you don't actually launch the Primetime interface. We are of course fixing that, but at the moment that is what happens. It might have been related to that. Or perhaps not....just wanted to ask if that might have been the case.

So they have confirmed they started from clicking the participant link on their laptop and then pairing the room system
