Prime time feedback

Hi We just used primetime this morning for one of the large meetings this morning, here is some of the feedback :

1 : Is there a way to get a report of how many participants of the call and to get a chat report.

2: We experienced some major echo from the the presenter - this was caused by a timing issue on the laptop, a reconnect to the session solved this - Support are looking into the RCA

3: When will the android app support prime time

4: We had participants hearing that they had reached the maximum participant limit - i believe this was because they joined over audio only to see if it resolved the echo issue.

4: We need a way to quickly recover from a poor audio session - we last 30 mins of the meeting trying to figure out what was going on and then had to interrupt the broadcast in order to reconnect. not sure how we do this apart from stop doing everything live, which is what i would like.

Hi Ash,

1) We dont' have a chat report, but we can give you some info on attendees. Eventually we'll have Command Center supporting Primetime and you'll be able to do a lot of things from there. Email me separately and we can help with Attendee lists etc.

2) Keep me posted on RCA please!

3) Android app is in progress - probably another few months

4) The current limit for interactive participants is 100 - audio only (PSTN) participants are part of that limit, so that might be what happened. The new PSTN solution we are rolling out soon will not be subject to that limit though, which is good

5) We will have some support in Command Center soon, which will help. By poor audio do you mean poor PSTN dial in, or poor audio over the browser?

Thanks!

JB

Thanks John,

2) So far it looks like the issue happened because the main speaker laptop, switched from wifi to Lan connection after our dry run but before we hit broadcast, without reloading the browser, so it looks like the plugin may have been "confused" when it got two IP addresses.

4) thanks that makes sense, i figured as much.

5) poor audio for both really - i.e. for this echo issue, we needed the ability to quickly know that the issue was plugin related rather than an input/output issue. That way we could quickly react and swap to another source / laptop etc.

Hi Ash,

One more question - I think some of the issues *might* be related to folks using the meetingID and passcode on the bluejeans.com page - entering it into the 'Attend a meeting' option. If they do that they might actually launch MeetMe, not Primetime. Any ideas if that happened? That might also explain hitting a 'Participant Limit'
