Polycom QDX6000 quality issue

We are a new BlueJeans user and generally the experience has been good, but when we connect our Polycom QDX6000 to BJN at any bitrate, even up to 1920 Mbps, the quality on the desktop is very poor, video and audio. But QDX6000 to another QDX6000 always has been excellent and has never been a problem. We see no packet loss in the Polycom call stats, so the connection is good. Has anyone had any experience with this kind of Polycom room issue, and if so we would appreciate if you can tell us how you solved it. Thank you

Hi Steve - Let's see if anyone else chimes in. In the meantime, I opened a support case for you (#00078632). Our team will review your rev levels and get engineering involved if needed.

Yes, we solved it by upgrading to a Lifesize Icon 600. The audio is excellent now.
