Polycom HDX 7000 - Blujeans - Microphone Issues

Hello,

If we test the microphone on the Polycom system setting, you can see that it works, the mic level change if you speak;

If we join to a Skype for business meeting with the Polycom, it works perfectly;

 

If we join to a BLUEJEANS meeting (as moderator or as a participant) the microphone is mute, the lights on the microphone are green, all seems working good but nobody can’t hear us, it doesn’t work.

What could be the problem?
using version 3.1.12 on polycom
