Currently the call details for individual users in the browser give resolution and general call quality.

Knowing what the frame rate is and what the current packet loss is to individual users allows administrators to explain to users (especially high profile ones) that an issue is with a specific remote user's network connection or computer and not a local issue.

Those two stats in addition to resolution would really be helpful!

Hi DB, i get the Loss, FPS, jitter and max jitter when i click on the endpoint details in the summary stats tab on the endpoint.

maybe its command centre premium that shows these details.

But after re reading, i see you mean in real time while on the call, i too think this is a great idea, although i use the "signal" meter currently to explain to high profile users, that if its in the red it means it is most likely a low bw or poor network condition at their location and to switch to lan or disable video etc.
