Outlook plugin hang

We are fairly new to bluejeans having just launched. We have deployed the outlook plugin for meeting scheduling, issue is that outlook is hanging for one user. It only happens when pulling up the BJ meeting scheduler and lasts a few minutes before it sorts itself out, although a few times outlook crashes and restart required. It's an exec assistant so multiple large mailboxes with busy calendars, outlook 2010 fully patched. Anyone seen this and can offer tips for troubleshooting?

Hi Robin, 

Sorry you are having his issue right out of the box! 
A couple of things I need to help me troubleshoot this for you:
- Outlook add-in build (in the about area) 
- Uploaded logs (i the about area) 
- How many email boxes does he/she have access to? 
- Is Word the email editor?

I have access to two emails boxes, but had the issue before I had access to the other one
Yes, word is the email editor.
