Outlook plug in - autoupdate can I disable ?

We have 100 users and rolled out bluejeans last week, Outlook plugin now wants update on all clients and users cannot update because they cannot install software on machines - they do not have the user rights...

We have to update software controlled, how can we prevent bluejeans asking/looking for updates ?

Ive tried email support@bluejeans.com no reply - tried chat no reply

To add to the support ticket sent by Ahswin, we do offer solutions to disable auto-updates for the Outlook add-in with MSI deployment.

The per machine build of the add-in requires the future updates to be pushed out by IT administrators. If you would like to know more, please review this article:
