Twice this week I created meetings in Outlook, and then had to go back and add BlueJeans meeting info as some attendees were going to be remote during the meeting time. Both times, I was unable to just click the BlueJeans ribbon button to Add a MeetingThe button is clickable and shows a hit state, but nothing happens.

And yes, I am logged into BlueJeans, as I start every day with an Outlook meeting that requires me to log into BlueJeans to open the invitation and proceed to the meeting.

The Outlook add-in is such a fantastic feature of BlueJeans and it pains me when it doesn't work like magic!

Hi Nathan! Thank you so much for the kind words about our service. I am sorry that it is not working as expected. The Outlook Add In was updated recently to supply some improvements for Outlook's security architecture. As it is security related, in a few environments, the Add In -can- require a one time launch of Outlook with Admin privileges. In some rare cases it's also required for the installation! This allows the BlueJeans Add In to create and use a hidden settings folder that will keep your account logged in. If you'd like, send an email to support@bluejeans.com and we can investigate further. Attn: Kevin if you don't mind.
