Outlook Add-In Excessive CPU

I'm using BlueJeansOutlookAddin_4.1.730.exe with Outlook 2016 Windows x64.  When I enable the Add-In, Outlook takes 10-12% of my CPU when idle.  When I disable the Add-In, Outlook takes ~1% of my CPU when idle.  This is very repeatable.  Can you suggest a fix and/or help?

Hi Radhika,

I can confirm this issue as well, exactly as Tim describes. I can't login with my BJ account however, as your support page doesn't seem to support the SSO setup I have active for the main service.

I am the owner of the stepstone.bluejeans.com portal.

Would be great to have a fix ASAP as we are currently forced to disable the BJ plugin on all our laptops, as this bug eats battery life.

I have looked at the support ticket Radhika opened for the user above and it appears that there will be a fix for this issue releasing with our 4.2 version of the Outlook add-in.

That fix is slated to be released December 17th, you can view our release notes for November/December here:
