Our Listener Service is showing offline.

I am new to BlueJeans and video conferencing...  Our Listener Service is showing offline when logged into our relay. I am going to say that is not normal. If this is not normal are there any guides to help resolve this?

Hi Shane,

Thank you for reporting the issue. Support case 00407486 is raised to resolve the problem.By checking the listener service logs, root cause can be easily identified. Logs locations are given below:

Relay Logs Windows Server:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Blue Jeans Relay Listener Service\logs

Listener log location for in Linux:
/opt/listenerservice/logs  -or-  /usr/local/listenerservice/logs
