One specifc user profile (OSX) cannot send audio in BlueJeans meeting (regardless of application used for connection)

Hi All,

Having a bit of a weird problem which is definitely unique to the users local profile. Basically they cannot send audio to a Bluejeans meeting (via any browser). Did fresh install of multiple browsers and BJs plug-in but the issue persists.

This only happens with this users profile. If i sign onto the machine with any other account it works fine. Has anyone else experienced this? Something that can be specific to a profile and cause BJs to behave this way?

Any insight would be appreciated!

Have you checked both the audio settings for OSX and the meeting audio settings? Prob yes, but that's the first thing that comes to mind.

Thanks for your post, lets take take a look at that. What is the username ?

I am going to have you do a quick audio test. Using that particular user profile, can you join this test meeting at https://bluejeans.com/111/ , connect using browser. If the parrot repeats everything you are saying, then the test is successful.
