Office 365 Calendar Importing

I noticed on this page that there's a screenshot showing Office 365 as a calendar type to be connected to.

My own only shows Google and Exchange

We've been having an issue where people go to use the conference room PCs and login and don't get their calendar entries because the conference room PCs don't have Outlook installed (to avoid having multiple 50GB+ mailboxes caching locally)

Does this Office 365 integration in the above screenshot mean that BlueJeans will be able to check our O365 calendars in the cloud instead of trying to hook the local Outlook application?

If so, how do I get there? It's a major impediment to our BlueJeans adoption rates

Hi Jared,

Thank you for posting your question.

The screenshot you are referring is for our conference room solution called "Bluejeans rooms". The calendar integration shown here is to associate room resource calendar with bluejeans cloud. This will help in displaying this rooms calendar meeting on room touch panel.

I believe you are not able to see this at your end because bluejeans rooms solution is not purchased by your enterprise. You are trying to compare it with our bluejeans desktop app calendar integration as shown below.

Bluejeans desktop app needs local outlook calendar to sync meetings.

If you are looking for one touch dial in solution for your conference rooms then you can contact your account manager to trial our rooms solution- https://www.bluejeans.com/products/rooms

I hope this is helpful!

Thank you,
