odd issue with 10.10.4, wifi and newest bluejeans app update

This is a very specific and strange problem - one of the weirder ones I've seen in a while, but I thought I would post it here in case anyone else has run into it.

A colleague recently updated to 10.10.4, and the most recent bluejeans app update shipped around the same time. Subsequent to these updates, every time he would connect to a bluejeans call over his home wifi, he would lose most network connectivity within about 90 seconds. It was extremely repeatable.

Initially I thought it might be some strange combination between VPN, bluejeans nat traversal, and his router, but it turns out that there is no vpn device active.

Hi Drew,

Thanks for your feedback. Our Support team would love to troubleshoot, but we would need more information on your issue. What was the Meeting ID you were trying to connect to? Who was the user trying to connect so we can look at their call stats? Was this always an issue, or only after you upgraded to 10.10.4? There are multiple things to look at to resolve the issue.

We recommend submitting a case to Support by emailing them at support@bluejeans.com. In addition, from the effected machine, please submit your log files at https://bluejeans.com/loguploader/. Just include a brief description of the problem so they can look at the logs to determine what might be going wrong.

Hope this helps!
