Based on some issues we've experienced on Linux using Chrome (http://bluejeans.force.com/KnowledgeSearch/articles/Knowledge_Base/Browser-Plugin-will-not-work-with...) and with the release of Chrome 64-bit for Windows (see http://blog.chromium.org/2014/08/64-bits-of-awesome-64-bit-windows_26.html), I had a few questions and perhaps a feature request in here some place...

1) With the release of Chrome 64-bit, looks like NPAPI plugin support will start causing issues.  What version is Blue Jeans NPAPI plugin -- 32-bit?

2) Although Blue Jeans does a good job with Macs and WIndows, are there plans to make Blue Jeans more WebRTC-friendly, plugin-less, and platform agnostic, so that it could also work on Chrome OS and Linux platforms?

Update:

Per latest Google blog: http://googlechromereleases.blogspot.com/2014/09/beta-channel-update_10.html, 32bit NPAPI plugin support won't be deprecated until Chrome 39 which will add 64bit support.  We are working on a 64bit plugin version as well as a solution that works with Chrome when they discontinue NPAPI plugin.  It will be a smooth transition.

Thank you, Brett, for your post. Glad Blue Jeans is working on a solution with little or no impact to our users.
