I have a problem with the Bluejeans app on Windows 10. I believe I’m not the only one.
The problem is I cannot see my own camera (USB webcam or laptop) or anyone else who is in the meeting. People in the meeting can see me ok. I cannot see shared content, but I can hear everyone ok and they can hear me.
I have tried removing and reinstalling Bluejeans. Both versions 1.3x and 2.x (2.x doesn’t even start I just get a white screen).
Skype and Jabber work normally so I don’t think its hardware.
I’m on Windows 10 1803 with all the latest updates. My Antivirus has been updated to the latest I believe. I’ve installed and run it on a vanilla Windows 10 1803 build without issue. So it must be some combination of Antivirus and policies on Windows 10 1803.
