No video in calls from Polycom RPG endpoints registered to Skype Cloud

Polycom RPG endpoints running the latest SW version (6.1.1) and registered to the Skype Cloud (Office365) do not send video into a Bluejeans meeting. The call connects fine and there is audio both ways and video FROM Bluejeans into Polycom, but the RPG does not send video to the meeting.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? I have been able to replicate this issue both at a customer site and in our lab.
