No sound thru the bluetooth in the car

I have One Plus 2 cell phone which is paired with my car via bluetooth. I can make calls using my phone and there are no problems with them. I installed BlueJeans Andoid application and when I try to join the meeting there is no sound thru the bluetooth. When I switch to the speakers I can hear voice from the meeting but when I switch to bluetooth there is no sound at all.
It used to work without the option of changing speakers.
Version of app 2.4.6.136

Hi Vrushali,

That is wrong email, and I don't want it post here.
1. Yes I am able to hear audio from other applications. I'm using internet radio and it working well via car's bluetooth.
2. I don't have any different bluetooth devices. I will probably try to find some and let you know.

I'm using BlueJeans app every working day in my car.

I've uploaded logs. Also just verify with Bluephonic Bluetooth Headphones and there is no sound thru the headphones.

Hi Maksym,

I have been using my bluetooth earpiece with BJN on my sony xperia Z5 without any issue.

Have you ever tried to isolate the issue by the following?

1) using BJN with another bluetooth device
2) using Skype (or another VOIP app) with your car bluetooth
3) using Skype (or another VOIP app) with another bluetooth device

Today it started working. I don't know if it was because a new version of the application came out but I also cleaned the cache of the application.

The problem is still there. Today it stopped working. I cleared cache and it started working.
Uploaded new logs.

Hello, I'm getting a similar issue with Bose bluetooth headphones.

Sound is playing through the headphones for all apps on a Mac except the Bluejeans app.
Is this the right place to get some help?

I will be happy to help! When you are in a meeting on your Mac device you should have a "Settings" gear located on the right-hand side:

Click on the gear and your application settings will appear. Click on the speaker icon and choose the bose headphones (if available).
