No Outgoing Video After Windows 10 Upgrade

I just upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10 build 1185.  After the upgrade the outgoing video no longer works for firefox, chrome, Internet Explorer, or the Windows App.  Everything else appears to work fine.
The outgoing video on Webex, Skype, and the other similar apps all work fine.

The video box looks like it wants to work (as the preview and wait indicators display), but then the outgoing video window goes dark. If I manually disable video, the "disabled" message shows in the box.

Please fix this. I am normally in 3 or 4 bluejeans sessions a day.

I have an Windows 10 build 10240 box and I am not having any issues with Firefox, Chrome, IE11 or the app. Edge doesn't work of course. You should probably contact support so they can get more specifics about your issue. Also need to ensure there isn't an issue with firewalls on Windows and your network if applicable.

I'll DL that iso now and give it a try when the BJN support guys say it won't impact what they need.

Hi,

When this originally happened, I was able to fix it with a reinstall of windows 10.  Since then one of the subsequent monthly updates again whacked the driver and none of the 5 or 6 potential resolutions I found resulted in a working camera for Bluejeans, skype, webex, or anything else involving the camera.

So when I need to show my face on Bluejeans, I use my RHEL CSB laptop.

I still look for new resolutions, as should everyone else.  Maybe, between all of us, we will find one that actually works.
