My recordings seem arbitrarily truncated or broken into short chapters, but only sometimes.

I record a weekly 1 hour seminar.  The webcast has always been flawless.  The recording however sometimes is complete, sometimes ends early, and sometimes is broken into multiple chapters, and all this seemingly arbitrary.  This past week's recording for example, stopped and started 7 times, resulting in 8 chapters (the last two of which were under 20 secs).

My questions: What can be causing this?  Can I force unbroken recording (up to 2 hour stated limit)?   Can I detect and recover if not?

The usual setup is a MacBook Pro, presenting and capturing, logged in as the MODERATOR.  The setup has varied with outside speakers, this past 8 chapter one was a Windows laptop.  We have used both the Bluejeans App, but often the Browser Plug-In is used (which seems more likely to cause this trouble; but again, not always).

HI Rick,

Thank you for bringing this to our notice,

The 2 hour recording is a limit on our end. We process recording as a 2 hour chapter for easier processing and storage on our end. For ex: if you have 4 hour recording, you will see 2 chapters of 2 hour each available post the meeting. To investigate further, we have created a support case for this request (00158871) and will be providing direct assistance to you via email.

Please let us know if we can be of any immediate assistance by calling our team directly at 408-791-2830.  Have a wonderful day!
