My Meeting ID does not work, will not start my meetings

I have setup a personal meeting id and every time i try to "start my meeting", i keep getting invalid link.

i don't get an error when i set "my meeting id" and i have seen other coworkers do this, so why does this not work?

I also don't get an error when i try to access my meeting via my personal url: http://bluejeans.com/myuserid

I would recommend  joining by the BlueJeans Desktop App. This is  the most reliable and user friendly way of joining your meetings.
