My Latitude notebook randomly shuts down when the app is open

Since using the app in the last week, it causes my Dell Latitude notebook to randomly completely shut down, requiring a reboot.  My IT checked all of the hardware/OS settings and found nothing wrong.

Hello Alan,

This is odd behavior for the application to completely shut down your computer. When this occurs are you in a meeting or is it when you launch the application? We would need to collect logs to confirm what exactly is occurring but I would suggest first completely removing the BlueJeans App from the device as outlined in the provided article:
Once you have uninstalled and removed all the files, proceed to reinstall the app from our Downloads Page.
