I added the Outloook add-in and was asked whether Outlook can be closed during the installation. I agreed and at the end of the add-in installation, which was successful, Outlook could not open. The first error stated that my Outlook Exchange credentials were not available, when I clicked OK it then said it could not open Outlook because system resources were critically low. I restarted the computer and only opened Outlook with the same result. So now I am without my Outlook which is really irritating, I hope you can help.
