Meeting Recording: can't access it if browser closed without ending meeting

We found this issue that you may want to know about. The situation is: meeting is being recorded. The person who started doing the recording goes out of the room and when he returned someone had logged out of the computer because the meeting was over. Yikes -- did that unknown "helpful" person stop the recording?

Never fear, we got an email saying that the recording is ready. Relief! Great to know that BJ can handle that situation.

However when clicking the link in the email to view the recording I'm greeted with a login screen that I can't get past since I use SSO.

So in the scenario when a browser crashes or closes before I elegantly end the meeting, it seems the video is getting made and processed but it isn't accessible?

Did you contact support to see if they could some how retrieve the recorded video that was not successfully completed?
Hi Barney - did you speak with someone in support? I'm not seeing a support case for this exact issue. I'm working with an engineer to find an answer for you, stay tuned!

I hadn't talked to support but I was interested in knowing if other users had this same experience. I think you can test it easily enough. I was able to reproduce it so I hope that is a good sign for the dev team.
