We found this issue that you may want to know about. The situation is: meeting is being recorded. The person who started doing the recording goes out of the room and when he returned someone had logged out of the computer because the meeting was over. Yikes -- did that unknown "helpful" person stop the recording?
Never fear, we got an email saying that the recording is ready. Relief! Great to know that BJ can handle that situation.
However when clicking the link in the email to view the recording I'm greeted with a login screen that I can't get past since I use SSO.
So in the scenario when a browser crashes or closes before I elegantly end the meeting, it seems the video is getting made and processed but it isn't accessible?
